Porridge

A great way to start the day, tastes great and provides energy for the day!

1/2 Cup of Oats
1 1/4 Cup of Water and/or Milk
1 Pinch of Salt (Optional)
Toppings to taste (e.g. Brown Sugar, Cream, Golden Syrup, etc)

Mix oats, water (or milk) and salt in a saucepan and bring to the boil. Simmer for 3-5 minutes stirring often. Serve with toppings to taste.
